Return & Exchange Policy

• If you're not 100% happy with any Torque74 product, you can send it back within 30 days of the shipment date.
• Products must be sent back unworn and unwashed, in the condition they arrived.
• Custom Items, jewelry, swimwear, foot socks, smartphone cases and tumblers are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless there was a print error.
• The item cost (excluding shipping fees) will be refunded once received, or may be exchanged for another item of equal value.
• Torque74 does not cover return shipping fees unless an error was made on our end.
• PayPal refunds are received instantly. Credit card refunds can take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your bank.

Return Shipping

• We recommend using a registered mail service with tracking to ensure delivery as we are not liable for items lost in transit.
• Please use USPS or any other postal carrier for shipping. We will not accept returns from couriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL etc.) as these incur additional customs and delivery charges.
